Well I have started today. I forcibly removed the xbox controllers from my sons gnarled sweaty fingers and forced them for a bike ride in the park. It was really freezing and hardly the most relaxing experience with the kids moans, bike malfunctions and dramatic Starsky and Hutch type body rolls. I did kind of negate my good behaviour by eating thorntons melts and I had lurvly cheese and crackers and Christmas cake for dinner. Never mind the thought was there. I also officially don't start my healthy eating till 1st January... I know it really is pathetic. To help my motivation I have also brought a pair of River Island skinny cords in a size 10. These can hardly stretch past my knees at the moment but I will fit into them for NYC in May. These are staring at me on a hanger on the front of my wardrobe for motivation. Its the same kind of shame every time I walk past the treadmill. I need to shame myself to do it.
I have also started on my Xbox your shape evolved work out. OMG it is hard and no cheating on it. Did end up shouting at the instructor a lot still I burnt 117 calories (yes only equals 4 pieces of Galaxy chocolate but it's a start).
Back to work tomorrow and have to avoid all the temptation there.
